• 40-mesh granules dissolve easily in water
• Low bloom value for longer setting time
• Strong adhesion and flexible repositioning

Rublev Hide Glue is a top-quality, high-strength adhesive made from pure collagen sourced in the USA. Its low bloom value results in a longer setting time, making it an excellent choice for traditional gesso preparation, canvas sizing, and fine restoration applications.

These 40-mesh glue granules dissolve easily in water, forming a strong yet flexible bond that allows for controlled working time and repositioning. Graded by its bloom value, hide glue is measured for gel strength and viscosity, ensuring reliable performance in traditional painting and woodworking techniques.

Favored for its stability, reversibility, and long history in art materials, hide glue remains a trusted choice for artists, conservators, and craftsmen working with historical and natural adhesive formulations.
