ArtFix P153U Acrylic Polyester Triple Primed Fine is an archival, stretchable painting surface solution for professional painters. Polyester is not prone to moisture like classic linen or cotton canvas. It also experiences less temperature-related expansion and contraction than linen and cotton.

Artfix Acrylic Polyester has a tight, fine texture and is triple-primed with universal primer, an acrylic-based primer that provides a stable surface for use with oils, acrylics, oil sticks, pastels, charcoal, and more.

Polyester is incredibly stable, and its fine surface is popular with oil and acrylic painters. It is also used by art conservators for relining old paintings as it does not buckle, and provides a moisture-proof barrier between the stretcher bars and the environment the painting is being exposed to.
