The Rublev Conservar Dammar Varnish Kit has everything you need to make fresh, ready-to-use varnish for protecting your artwork. Intended as a final varnish for oil and alkyd paint films, it’s made from the best grade of natural dammar resin dissolved into solvents with a UV light stabilizer.

The varnish enhances colors, has minimum solvent action on paints, and will not oxidize or yellow for up to 50 years when protected from UV light. It dries to a high-gloss finish, but can be rubbed when dry for less gloss.

The kit includes a 3.38 oz (100 ml) bottle of Dammar Solvent, Dammar (Varnish Resin), UV Stabilizers, a mixing jar, a pipette, and instructions. Each kit makes 4 oz (118 ml) of varnish.
