Designed for fast, intuitive texture building, this Blick Exclusive Silver Brush Landscape Texture Set brings together four specialty shapes that move from loose, atmospheric passages to sharp, linear foreground detail without overworking the surface. The set pairs two of Silver Brush’s top synthetic series—Silver Silk 88 and Ruby Satin—balancing fluid precision with firm definition and control.

From the high-absorbency Silver Silk 88 series, the set includes an XSM Triangle and #4 Cat’s Tongue. The XSM Triangle is suited to tight, angled marks and small textural accents, while the #4 Cat’s Tongue is a natural choice for leaves, petals, and other soft organic shapes, delivering color with smooth flow and even release.

For more structural definition and specialized texture, Ruby Satin brushes offer a firm, interlocked synthetic with the snap and resistance of natural mongoose hair. The 1/2″ Grass Comb creates broken, layered marks for grasses and foliage without splaying, while the 3/8″ Dagger holds a crisp edge for long lines and expressive stroke variation through pressure changes.

Exclusive to Blick, this is a focused, studio-ready set for artists who lean into layered marks and texture rather than high-detail work. Finished with short, lacquered wood handles and seamless, nickel-plated brass ferrules, it’s built for confident texture-making and long-term durability.
