Specially curated for full-sheet watercolor painting, this Blick-exclusive Silver Brush Large Scale Water Media Set gives artists the range, capacity, and control needed for large-scale work. Each brush covers a specific move the work demands, from sweeping washes and soft atmospheric effects to crisp edges and controlled detail.

The Silverwhite 1" Wide Wash handles edge and flat work with precision. Multi-diameter Japanese synthetic filaments with tiny surface ridges hold a full load of color, then release it evenly across a crisp chisel tip, ideal for flat skies, clean horizons, broad strokes, and sharp lines.

Where the wash brush delivers hard edges, the Silver Mop White Oval, 1/2" brings luxurious softness. Ultra-soft white goat hair stays supple when wet, letting artists drop color into skies, atmosphere, and wet-in-wet passages without leaving harsh brush marks behind.

The Atelier Golden Taklon Quill, Size 80 bridges both, pairing impressive capacity with responsive control. Its wire-wound ferrule and full, plump belly reflect classic quill construction, allowing artists to lay down long, uninterrupted passages without constant reloading, then taper to a workable point for shaping forms, defining edges, and adding detail.

Together, these three brushes deliver the essential marks large-format watercolor demands, giving artists full-sheet coverage, softness, capacity, and control in one expertly curated set.
