The Da Vinci Harbin Kolinsky Brush Set offers excellent versatility and performance at an approachable price point. Handcrafted in Germany, each round brush is meticulously trimmed to create a longer, tapered shape with an extra sharp point. The fast, snappy action and springy responsiveness of the kolinsky red sable hairs are ideal for capturing delicate details in watercolor, gouache, India ink, and oil paint.

Each set includes four brushes in a variety of sizes, the largest of which exhibit remarkable color-holding capacity. All four hold an excellent point and feature durable, gold-plated brass ferrules and anthracite-colored wooden handles. The handles are crafted using wood harvested from sustainably managed European forests and tumble-lacquered for a glossy, protective finish. Made in Germany using non-toxic materials.
