Golden : Open : Slow Drying Acrylic Paint Intro Set & thinner : 22ml : Set of 6

The Golden Open Slow Drying Acrylic Paint Intro Set is a balanced selection of six classic colors ideal for exploring the slow drying properties of the Open acrylic range.

Golden Open Acrylics have an extended drying time, allowing you to work with your paint for longer. These colors are very versatile: they can be used directly from the tube for traditional styles and plein air painting, or for monoprinting and screenprinting.

Open colors are workable for a similar length of time as professional oil colors (up to 100 times the drying time of regular acrylic paint). Unlike oils, you can use them without any strong solvents. You can blend, soften, shade, glaze, and use fine detail, and the paint will remain workable and wet. The range has a slightly softer consistency than Golden Heavy Body paints.

This set includes a 30ml bottle of Open Thinner and the following 22ml colors: Benzimidazolone Yellow Medium, Naphthol Red Light, Ultramarine Blue, Permanent Green Light, Carbon Black, and Titanium White.
