About this supply
This range of Bob Ross oil paints have been exclusively designed to create stunning oil paintings using the successful wet-on-wet techniques made popular by leading TV artist Bob Ross. Bob Ross liquid clear provides a unique base coat to your painting surface and is the foundation of his wet-on-wet technique. Liquid base coats are smooth and slow drying, allowing for the blending and mixing of oil paints on the canvas.
