Crescent Berkeley Black Core Matboard adds dramatic contrast and a refined look to decorative, non-conservation framing projects. It reveals a rich black bevel when cut, giving mats crisp definition and dramatic framing around images. The board is constructed from buffered, pH-neutral wood pulp to help resist acidity while maintaining a consistent black core. At 4-ply thickness, it handles cleanly with standard mat cutters for precise openings and professional results.
