This surface is often by watercolor artists because it's good for large areas of wash but also for a good amount of detail. Good for looser watercolor styles.

For more than 50 years Seawhite has been supplying the UK arts market. They are a family business based in Partridge Green, West Sussex, not far from Brighton where the business began. They also have the Seawhite Studio - a modern painting studio with art classes run by Emily Ball.
