QUALITY: Water based Gutta, pearly and opaque is used to draw outlines in silk painting. MIXABILITY OF COLORS: No. DRYING: Air dry in 30 minutes. SURFACES: All kinds of silk. DILUTION: Useless. OPACITY: Opaque. FINISH: Pearly. FIXING: 3-4 minutes on the back side of the fabric with a hot iron. CARE (Surfaces decorated) : 48 hours after fixing, the gutta is resistant to hand washing with water and dry cleaning.

Water-based Gutta: Water-based Guttas have a thick consistency and are ideal for drawing outlines. Pearlescent, they can be applied directly from the nozzle tube. They penetrate perfectly through the fibers of the fabric, thus creating a barrier to the Setasilk colors which are applied afterwards. Once they are set with an iron, these Guttas are wash resistant.
