A unique alternative to round or square panels, the Trekell Oval Wood Floater Frame gives artists a shaped surface that doubles as its own frame. This durably crafted panel features a 1/4" routed gap and 1/2" border that creates the appearance of a traditional floater frame. Pre-sanded to a smooth finish, it can be sealed and primed for use with nearly any medium, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, and pastel. A built-in keyhole hanger makes display quick and easy.

Note: The frame and gap add 1-1/2 inches to the overall dimension of the panel. For example, a 6" x 8" panel has a 6" x 8" painting surface, but the gap and frame bring the panel’s overall dimensions to 7-1/2" x 9-1/2".
