Holbein : Watercolor Pencil : Horizon Blue

Holbein Watercolor Pencils feature the same rich color tones as Holbein Artists’ Watercolors, loved by artists since 1946. Sharing identical color reference numbers, the pencils integrate seamlessly with Holbein’s watercolors, allowing artists to move effortlessly between drawing and painting techniques. Each pencil contains a 3.8mm thick, pigment-rich core housed in a 7.9mm hexagonal shaft that sits comfortably in the hand and prevents rolling during use.

Formulated through extensive testing, the pencil cores offer a balanced hardness, firm enough for control yet soft enough for smooth application and superior water-solubility. Made with high quality, artist-grade pigments, the colors are brilliantly vibrant and lightfast, ensuring lasting beauty and resistance to fading. Ideal for professional artists and illustrators, Holbein Watercolor Pencils deliver precision, versatility and exceptional color harmony.
