About this product range
Introduce your class to printmaking with Richeson Clear Carve Etching Plates. Because the plates are clear, it's easy to trace and etch designs. Simply put an image under the transparent plate, use an etching tool (sold separately) to scratch into the plate, and then print your design. Available in a variety of sizes, these wallet-friendly etching plates are perfect for beginning printmakers. Use them for etching, monotype, and drypoint. The plates are 0.03" (0.75 mm) thick and made of clear PETG plastic. For artists 13 and up.
