Schmincke Norma Blue Water-Mixable Oils are a professional range formulated to offer the quality and consistency of traditional oil paint without the need for solvents. Developed to the same high standards as Norma Professional Oil colors, they have a rich, buttery consistency, a high pigment concentration, and lightfastness ratings of 4 to 5 across the range.

Norma Blue oils are almost odorless and formulated without Cobalt, Cadmium, or Zinc Oxide pigments. The vegan-friendly range is made exclusively with high quality vegetable oils.

The 48 colors can be used directly from the tube, thinned with water, or modified with water-mixable oil mediums. Paint can be cleaned from brushes, spatulas, and palettes using water and a little soap.

Please note, Cadmium ‘Hue’ means this is a replica of Cadmium and does not contain any actual Cadmium. Cadmium Hue colors use alternative pigments that do not contain Cadmium metal compounds.
