About this product range
Specially formulated for use with traditional Sumi-e ink wash painting techniques, these professional, artist-grade watercolors offer a high pigment concentration that works exceptionally well on absorbent rice papers.
Japanese painters testify to the unique effects that can be achieved with Yasutomo Sumi-e Watercolors. Use them on their own, or try combining them with European and American-made watercolors. They are also great for calligraphy, rubber stamping, card making, and paper crafts.
The pans in the sets, measure 1-3/4" x 1", are contained in reusable plastic trays and can be removed and used individually. The individual, round pans are 2-1/4" diameter.
