Daniel Smith : Watercolor Paint Stick : Prussian Blue

Float this color into a moist wash to add variety to shadows. Daniel Smith Prussian Blue is lightfast and transparent, with medium to high staining strength. It disperses and diffuses easily and evenly, and can be considered interchangeable with the higher staining Phthalo Blue in application, although Prussian Blue is slightly greener.

Daniel Smith Watercolor Sticks offer remarkably rich, vibrant colors and the same pure artists' pigments as their Extra Fine Watercolor Paint. They are very portable and long lasting and make excellent on-the-go painting tools. Each stick is packed with pure pigment and produces vibrant, strong color when wet. They can also be used dry to build texture. The sticks can also be used like a traditional pan color. Try wetting your watercolor brush and lifting color directly from the surface of the stick.

Each stick offers exceptional value as one stick is equivalent to three whole pans of watercolor. The sticks can be cut down and inserted into empty half pans to use as you would a traditional pan watercolor. All the sticks are the same price and include a selection of PrimaTek colors.
