Arches Platine is a paper created specifically for the requirements of alternative photographic printing. Designed to be used for platinum, palladium, cyanotype, silver gelatine, color printing, and the conservation and protection of photographic work. These processes require a paper with high wet strength, homogenous structure, smooth surface and the correct amount of sizing. Made on a traditional cylinder mold, Arches Platine is a very white, smooth paper that will capture detail, highlights, and reinforce the depth of blacks. Made without alkaline reserves, acid-free, no optical brighteners, four deckle edges, watermarked. This is a sheet of Arches Platine Printmaking Paper, 100% cotton, 56 x 76cm, 310gsm.
