Fabriano Atelier Drawing Paper Rolls offer a continuous, 59-inch-wide surface for large-scale figure studies, murals, and custom-cut studio formats. Made from 100% lignin-free alpha-cellulose, the natural white paper has a fine, even tooth that holds charcoal and pastel while supporting precise linework and detail in graphite, colored pencil, and ink.

Internal and external sizing is the standout technical feature of the Atelier line, strengthening both the paper’s fibers and surface to withstand repeated erasing, reworking, and layering. Artists can lift highlights, refine details, and build up tone without scuffing, pilling, or wearing down the surface.

Made in Italy using renewable hydroelectric energy, including power generated by Fabriano’s own plants, Atelier contains no optical brightening agents (OBAs). The paper also meets ISO 9706 standards for permanence, helping protect finished artwork against yellowing and deterioration over time.

Available in 59" × 11 yd rolls in 160 gsm (98 lb) and 200 gsm (123 lb) weights, Atelier gives studios and academies the flexibility to work on a continuous drawing surface or cut sheets to size. Both weights accommodate a wide range of drawing media, while the heavier 200 gsm paper is also suitable for gouache.
