• Professional quality
• Superior value—direct from our Brooklyn mill
• Maximum pigment concentration
• Brilliant, true color
• Rich heavy body texture

Utrecht Artists’ Heavy Body Acrylics are handcrafted in our Brooklyn, New York mill using premium pigments and 100% acrylic polymer. Custom ground and processed on a traditional three-roll mill, each color delivers exceptional pigment concentration—surpassing most mid-tier acrylic lines and rivaling the richness and purity of leading professional brands—at price that’s accessible to artists of all levels.

The rich, thick texture supports a wide range of techniques — from fine detail work to bold impasto — with smooth handling and maximum color strength. A focus on single-pigment colors ensures clean mixing results, and most colors offer the highest lightfastness rating. The line includes eight Cadmium-Free Acrylics that offer the same creamy texture, permanence, and vibrancy as their cadmium counterparts, with enhanced brilliance and color spacing.
