Made in the centuries-old Japanese tradition, Yasutomo Painting Paper Rolls are tailored for brush-based art forms. These papers are acid-free and unsized, allowing inks and pigments to absorb directly into the fibers for expressive strokes and delicate washes. The convenient roll format gives you custom sizing for large-scale or repeated projects.

__Hosho__ is a traditional kozo (mulberry fiber) paper that doesn’t shrink or tear easily, making it ideal for woodblock or line printing.

__Kozo__ rice paper is highly absorbent, making it ideal for calligraphy and watercolor painting.

__Unryu__ paper is strong, lightweight, and beautifully textured, with long, flowing fibers embedded throughout to create a wispy, cloud-like effect. Made from a blend of wood pulp and rayon, it’s perfect for Shoji screens, sumi-e, watercolor, and paper crafts.
