Winsor & Newton Drawing Ink Set - 14 ml, Introductory , Set of 8

Winsor and Newton Drawing Inks are made with soluble dye colors suspended in a premium shellac solution, producing the bright saturation, smooth flow, and strong adhesion that illustrators and calligraphers rely on. Artists use them with brush, dip pen, or airbrush for line work, washes, lettering, and mixed media illustration. The colors are fully intermixable, dilute predictably with distilled water, and dry quickly to a water resistant finish that supports layered work and production‑speed workflows.

These inks have long been associated with professional illustration in Britain and beyond. Their dye formulation creates crisp lines and luminous color, making them a favorite among designers, comic artists, concept artists, and calligraphers who need reliable performance and expressive range.

The packaging is part of their legacy. Each 14 ml glass bottle has a wide, weighted base that resists tipping, and every label features a unique illustration created by a noted British artist. The boxed sets have become popular gifts for illustrators and design students because the labels themselves feel collectible and timeless.
