For enhanced strength and energy-efficiency, these kilns are constructed of 3” K23 firebrick on the sides, back, bottom, and top. The adjustable door features an extra layer of 1" microporous insulation to help balance heat from front to back. Specially designed hard ceramic channels replace traditional pins to extend kiln life by better protecting the firebrick from damage when changing out elements. Ceramic terminals eliminate the need for crimping or specialized tools.

The heavy-duty thermocouple is also protected by ceramic for worry-free loading, and the wide, non-tapered peephole allows for easy observation, with a solid ceramic plug that stays put when you step away.

The angled piggy-back control panel is also designed with durability and ease-of-use in mind. It opens effortlessly to grant full access to the neatly organized wires within, making repairs and servicing a snap. The double-panel configuration ensures the electronics stay cool.

Each kiln is supported by a powder-coated, welded base and features a stainless steel case that resists corrosion to keep it looking new for years to come. The included visual instruction manual and three-year limited warranty provide peace of mind that it will continue to operate like new, too.
