Cobra Artist Water Mixable Oil Colors deliver the full experience of traditional oils—rich viscosity, long working time, and smooth handling—without the need for solvents. This range of 80+ brilliant colors includes pigments like cobalts, cadmiums, and chromium oxides, plus cadmium-free options. Over half are single-pigment colors for precise mixing, and all offer the highest degree of lightfastness.

Formulated with a modified oil binder, Cobra thins easily in a 1:1 ratio with water or medium and can be used with traditional oils at a 4:1 Cobra ratio. Most colors are ground in pure linseed oil; select whites and metallics use non-yellowing safflower oil.
