Montana Polystyrene Primer is a Nitro Combi-based primer designed to prepare and seal polystyrene and Styrofoam surfaces before the application of color coats and other finishes. The beige-brown matte formula creates a neutral base that improves adhesion, maximizes coverage, and helps protect sensitive substrates from solvent-based coatings. The primer seals porous surfaces, increases the durability of coated polystyrene and Styrofoam, and helps resist agitation from subsequent solvent-based paint layers when the surface is fully covered. Once cured, it can be overpainted with Montana colors, primers, and Effect sprays. For best results, apply several thin coats to clean, dry surfaces and allow approximately 24 hours for curing. This is a Montana Polystyrene Primer in a 400ml aerosol format.
