Old Holland Claessens Oil Primed Belgian Linen Canvas - 8" x 10"

Two iconic brands come together to bring oil painters a high-quality Belgian linen canvas. Old Holland Claessens Oil Primed Belgian Linen Canvas starts with 100% Belgian linen, made exclusively from natural flax. The linen is prepared with two coats of oil primer for a primed weight of 11 oz per square yard. Each coat of primer is applied with a knife, and the canvas is allowed to dry for three days between coats. Once primed, the canvas is stretched around robust 13/16" stretcher bars and back-stapled to the frame for optimum strength. Expertly folded corners make it easy to restretch the canvas if desired. Old Holland Claessens Oil Primed Belgian Linen Canvas is a gorgeous surface for oil painters seeking a top-quality, archival support.
