Da Vinci Colineo Synthetic Watercolor Retouch Brushes feature an extra short brush head ideal for retouching work. They are made from synthetic Kolinsky sable hair and are vegan and animal-friendly.

Designed for use with watercolor, Colineo brushes imitate the special properties of Siberian Kolinsky red sable hair. They have a carefully balanced mixture of different lengths of straight and wavy synthetic fibers with extra fine tips and tapered points, high elasticity, and color absorption.

The synthetic hairs are mounted on short laminated wooden gray handles using an imitation silver ferrule. The Colineo range is available in a wide range of brush styles including rounds, flats, riggers, swords, and fans. Suitable for watercolor, gouache, and ink.
