Schmincke : Mussini : Oil Paint : Limited Edition : 1930s Retro

A selection of limited edition Mussini oil colors reissued as part of the Schmincke Retro Collection. The range features a selection of special edition colors inspired by the original packaging design and color selections from a 1930s catalog discovered in the Schmincke archives.

Schmincke Mussini oils are a unique range of high quality oil colors that use natural resin binders instead of conventional oil binders. This provides a luminous shine and ensures excellent color stability.

The recipe of Mussini oil colors is based on the oil paint formulations of the Old Masters. The range offers intense pigment saturation and maximum lightfastness. A high proportion of the colors are single-pigment colors, which are particularly easy to use when color mixing.
