The Blick Mechanical Pencil combines a premium feel with a foolproof design, offering exceptional features at a great value. A unique double-knock design lets you extend or retract the lead sleeve with a single deep click, like a retractable pen. This mechanism protects the sleeve and prevents accidental lead advancement and breakage. Another short click advances the lead.

Meticulously crafted in Japan, the Blick Premier boasts a sleek, pleasantly weighty all-metal aluminum body with a knurled grip. The fixed 4 mm lead sleeve incorporates a cushion mechanism to safeguard against breakage, while a rotating lead hardness indicator can be set as a reminder of which lead hardness is currently in the pencil. Other features include a metal clip and capped, refillable eraser. The pencil comes loaded with two HB leads but accepts all lead hardness grades. The indicator displays a limited (but standard) hardness range. Lead refills sold separately.
