• Medium-grain surface for use with oils, acrylics, and alkyds
• Non-toxic, archival, and acid-free

Winsor & Newton Professional Artists’ Canvas Boards give you a ready-to-paint surface for creating at home, in the studio, or on the go. Made of 100% cotton, the medium-grain surface has been triple-coated with one layer of acid-free sizing and two layers of a highly pigmented gesso primer. This gives the surface a balanced absorbency and tooth that prevents sinking of oil colors and improves adhesion.

The non-toxic, archival surface is ideal for all techniques, including heavy applications of color, making it ideal for every level of artist.
