Crafter's Cut Pre-Cut Mirror Tiles - Assorted, 8 oz

Mosaic art has never been easier or safer — for kids and artists alike! Mosaic Mercantile Crafter's Cut Pre-Cut Mirror Tiles come in a variety of irregular shapes for an authentic look and feel, yet they have smooth, pre-tumbled corners — no nipping or cutting required. This makes them safer to work with, even for the youngest mosaic artists. With a colored surface and reflective backing, each mirror tile allows light to pass through the top and sides for a brilliant effect. Use these colorful, reflective mosaic tiles as an accent or on their own. Just be sure to use premixed grout to prevent the tile backing from scratching and flaking off. Each tile ranges in size between 3/4" and 3/8" wide. All are 3/16" thick. For purposes of project planning, a 16 oz (1 lb) assortment holds approximately 192 tiles, which will cover approximately 0.7 sq ft. Approximately 360 tiles are required to cover a 1 sq ft area. Pieces made with Mosaic Mercantile Crafter's Cut Pre-Cut Mirror Tiles can be used outside only when assembled with waterproof adhesive and waterproof grout sealer.
