Koh-I-Noor : Progresso Woodless Watercolor Pencils : Sets

Koh-I-Noor Progresso Woodless Watercolor Pencils produce smooth, easily blendable lines. The versatile sticks can be used either wet or dry. A watercolor effect can be achieved by adding water with a paint brush to existing Progresso Pencil marks or the dry pencils can be used on damped paper. Progresso Watercolor Pencils have excellent lightfastness and are ideal for creating vibrant, durable pieces of art. Progresso leads are not encased in wood like other pencils, which reduces the waste produced by sharpening.
