About this product range
- Excellent quality at a exceptional value
- Highly pigmented
- Soft, rich texture for nuanced blending and overlays
- Square shape allows for crisp edges or broad marks
- Stick size: 2-1/2"L × 5/8"W
Richly pigmented and soft to the touch, Blick Studio Square Pastels are crafted for smooth, expressive mark making across all pastel surfaces. The square shape offers both broad flat edges for shading and firm corners for detailed work, giving artists full control of technique. Each stick delivers a consistent, vibrant laydown with minimal pressure, making them ideal for smooth transitions, subtle gradients, and textural effects.
Whether you're working on sanded pastel paper, velour, or toned boards, these pastels perform with control and blendability artists can rely on. Fade-resistant and lightfast, they hold up well over time, making them a versatile choice for beginners, students, and studio artists alike.
