Draw and paint at the same time with these strong-lead, watersoluble colored pencils. Colors are vibrant, blendable, and respond like watercolor when wet. Blend color with a brush, draw directly into washes, dip pencils into water for intense color, or make your own "dry pencil palette" by sketching and then lifting color with a brush. Pencils are pre-sharpened. General's Kimberly Watercolor Pencils are made in the USA. Note — Color substitutions may be made due to product availability at time of production.
