Tri Art Top Coat Mediums are professional-quality top coats designed to provide artists with the tools they need to create a wide array of effects, textures, and finishes.
__Top Coat Hard__ - This medium is a pure acrylic dispersion for use only on hard, rigid substrates. It dries to a hard, scratch- resistant finish.
__Top Coat Soft__ - This medium is a 100% water-based urethane suitable for use as a finishing layer on flexible substrates. Thin and liquid in consistency, it exhibits the same glass-like clarity (depending on gloss factor) as Top Coat Hard, yet is slightly more tacky and sensitive to abrasion.
Tri Art Top Coat Mediums are available in 120 ml, 250 ml, and 500 ml sizes.
