Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil Fast Drying Medium - 250 ml bottle

Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil Fast Drying Medium improves the flow and speeds the drying time of Artisan Water Mixable Oil Paints by approximately 50%, allowing layers of paint to be applied more quickly.

Fast Drying Medium helps wet colors better, smooth brushwork, and increase gloss and transparency, making it excellent for glazing and producing fine details. It’s also resistant to yellowing.

When painting in layers, this medium can be substituted for Artisan Linseed Oil and combined with water and/or Artisan Thinner to maintain the "fat over lean" rule (each successive layer must have more oil in it than the previous one).

Easy to clean with soap and water, this medium is ideal for painters avoiding the use of hazardous solvents.

Artisan Water Mixable Oil is not to be used with traditional oil colors.
