QoR Modern Watercolors by Golden are a contemporary range designed to deliver unmatched brilliance and depth. Formulated with an exclusive Aquazol binder, these colors maintain vivid, luminous color even after drying and offer a greater pigment load than traditional watercolors. With 95+ lightfast colors, QoR combines the transparency, flow, and layering potential watercolorists love with the intensity and durability of acrylic or oil.

Beyond enhancing color brilliance, the Aquazol binder facilitates smooth transitions and provides excellent resistance to cracking and flaking, offering more flexibility on paper. Each color uses pure, high-quality pigments selected for their exceptional lightfastness, and the entire range (except Ivory Black 505) is vegan, using a synthetic substitute for ox gall.

Made in the USA, QoR is perfect for artists seeking bold color, flexibility, and reliable performance in every brushstroke.
