Masterpiece Elite Portrait Smooth Acrylic Primed Linen Stretched Canvas offers an ultra-smooth painting surface that's suitable for oils or acrylics. Painters can realize maximum luminosity from a conservator-approved, archival quality surface.

Belgian linen is hand-primed with two coatings of size and four coatings of acrylic gesso. Then it is impeccably stretched on the finest-quality, 1-1/2" profile, solid wood stretcher bars with keyable cross-braces from a renewable Pacific Northwest source. Larger sizes feature custom-size, corner diamond braces. The final finished weight is 14.8 oz per square inch.
