Manetti : Silver Leaf : Loose or Transfer

Manetti Pure Silver Leaf is made from pure silver and is available in loose and transfer formats for traditional gilding techniques. Suitable for decorative work, restoration, artwork, furniture, and picture frames, it produces the distinctive bright finish of genuine silver leaf.

Manufactured in Italy, loose leaf is ideal for experienced gilders and intricate work, while transfer leaf is attached to a backing sheet for easier handling and greater control on larger or flatter surfaces. As genuine silver leaf will naturally tarnish over time, it should be protected with a suitable sealant where a lasting bright finish is required.
