Daniel Smith PrimaTek Watercolors are unlike any other range. Made up of rare, brand-exclusive pigments—some semi-precious—each is carefully sourced and custom-milled to preserve its unique qualities and geological origin.

The result is a professional-quality collection that moves beautifully on paper, offering organic variation, granulating texture, and visual depth. Colors are named for the mineral they’re derived from—opulent Lapis Lazuli sparkles with dimensional texture, Hematite reveals bold, moody granulation, and Jadeite’s deep green mass tone dilutes into luminous, whisper-pale jade.

Tested and analyzed to meet the highest industry standards, each color brings breathtaking variation and layering potential, grounding your process in a tactile connection to the natural world.
