Golden QoR Interference Watercolors create shimmering, color-shifting effects depending on the angle of light and view. Made with ultra-fine mica pigments, these semi-transparent paints add iridescence and visual depth to watercolor artworks, especially when layered over dark backgrounds or mixed with transparent colors. QoR Interference colors can be used alone or in combination with traditional watercolors to enhance highlights, add dimension, and create dynamic surface effects.

Golden QoR Watercolor retains the best qualities of traditional watercolors, while expanding the range and versatility of each color. QoR’s exclusive binder (Aquazol) provides a greater density of color than conventional watercolors, offering vivid depth of color with every brushstroke.

The unique QoR formula gives vibrant, intense colors that stay brilliant even after they dry. It provides the subtlety, transparency and flow of a great watercolor, with colors that have as much vibrancy and fire as those of acrylic or oil paint. QoR offers a greater resistance to cracking and flaking than other watercolors. It also exhibits excellent re-solubility in water and glazing qualities.
