Tri-Art Liquid Glass Acrylic Pouring Colors are designed for optimal pouring results — they’re formulated to exact proportions to ensure consistent suspension of pigment, ease of flow, color intensity, and a non-crazing finish. Each pour is sure to excite and surprise beginner and professional painters. These pre-mixed colors can be mixed with each other, with other liquid acrylics of similar quality, and with a pouring medium to extend them even more. They can also be used as a top coat over fully cured paint. Apply Liquid Glass straight from the bottle, out of a cup, or from a pipette and onto or adjacent to wet paint. Create special effects with a palette knife, skewer, stir stick, or straw. The colors dry hard with a smooth, high gloss finish. The range includes opaque and transparent colors, which can be mixed with White to increase their opacity. For best results, pour on rigid level surfaces, such as wood panels. Avoid Masonite boards and bamboo boards — the glue in these surfaces can cause crazing and bubbling.
