Handover : Natural Sea Sponge : Medium Approx. 5.5in
SKU MSPONGE

Handover Natural Sea Sponges, often referred to as “grass sponges,” are naturally textured and ideal for watercolor painting, pottery, and decorative effects. Soft and highly absorbent, they retain water well and are perfect for blending, washes, and creating textured applications. Their irregular surface makes them more engaging and versatile than synthetic sponges, and they can also be used to lift wet color from a painting – either to lighten tones or remove marks entirely.

Available in sizes 5.5in, 6-6.5in, and 7-7.5in.

For more resilient sponges please look at our Honeycomb sponges shown elsewhere on our website.
