Matisse Polymer Varnishes can be mixed directly with acrylic colors to increase flow and modify surface sheen or used independently as protective final varnishes. As a varnish, they create a durable, flexible, non-yellowing transparent film that helps maintain color intensity while allowing artists to customize their desired level of surface sheen. Formulas can be combined to achieve a semi-gloss or satin finish. An excellent alternative to PVA glues, they are also suitable for use as a strong, archival, non-yellowing adhesive.
