<p>Considered the elite hair for watercolor, Escoda selects only the best Kolinsky male sable hair for this brush. The hair comes from the Tajmyr region in very northern Siberia. Points perfectly and has an extraordinary capacity to retain liquids. </p>
<p> These are excellent quality travel brushes that come highly recommended. They are beautiful brushes each with a dark wood finish and comfortable golden-finished handle/cap. Plein air watercolorists would be delighted to receive this set as a gift. </p>
<p> This set consists of a luxurious leather case containing the full range of six Escoda Series 1214 travel brushes (Sizes 2,4,6,8,10,12) that are approx. 7 inches long when the handle is reversed. Ferrule width ranges from 2.02mm through to 6.9mm.</p>
