Snag has a nose for art supplies and no use for pretend bargains. He scouts out the materials you want, with a notebook that tells you what we actually know.

Keep the source.
Real retailer listings. Exact products and variants. A missing price stays missing.

Undated imports are catalog snapshots, not live prices. Dated history begins with a successful retailer check.

Never invent the drop.
One checked price is one observation, not a trend. Undated snapshots never become price drops or target alerts.

Wonderfully dry and dusty stroke, just like charcoal. Can be dry mixed and blended or used as a water color. Brilliant results on dark backgrounds too. Available in 60 shades, various ranges and also individually. High pigmentation guarantees great luminosity and opacity as well as color-fastness and color brilliance. The soft lead also draws perfectly on delicate paper. The wooden shaft protects the lead from breaking.
