About this supply
Pebeo Studio Acrylics White Gesso is a white primer made from high quality acrylic resin with a strong pigment concentration. It can be applied straight from the container and provides an excellent tooth for strong paint adhesion on surfaces such as canvas, wood, and paper. Flexible and non-yellowing, it resists cracking over time and can be mixed with oil paint to create a tinted or colored ground..
When working with oil paints, apply a minimum of two coats to reduce absorbency and improve the strength and durability of the primed surface.
