Winsor & Newton : Liquin Impasto

Winsor & Newton Liquin Impasto Medium is a paste-like, semi-gloss medium for oil color that adds viscosity and creates a crisp texture. It is designed to retain marks made by brushes or palette knives, making it suitable for more textured paint applications.

It halves the drying time of oil color and supports faster work when building multiple layers, becoming touch dry in one to six days depending on color and film thickness. It also resists yellowing, but it is not suitable for use as a varnish or final coat.
