Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Oxide Ink Pads are professional ink pads that contain a fusion of dye and pigment ink for creating oxidized effects when sprayed with water. Great for use with stamps, stencils, or applied directly to paper, cards, and tags, simply apply the ink to a slick surface, spritz the colors with water, transfer the color to your surface, allow to dry, then repeat. No muddying of colors! The 3" x 3" pads come in a variety of colors.
