Stillman & Birn : Nova Series Sketchbooks

Stillman & Birn Nova Series Sketchbooks contain versatile 150gsm medium-grain paper available in three tones: black, beige, or gray. The paper is double-sized for added strength, making it suitable for a broad range of drawing and mixed media techniques. The range includes wirebound and stitched soft-cover formats, with 46 pages in the standard sketchbooks and 102 pages in the Nova Trio.

These sketchbooks work well with all dry media and light applications of wet media, including watercolor, gouache and ink. The toned paper surfaces offer useful contrast for building highlights, mid-tones, and depth within a composition.
